SCOTT HAY
CEO AND FOUNDER
Scott is passionate about supporting young people and the adults in their lives to create bright futures together. He is a qualified coach, facilitator and speaker with almost 20 years experience of supporting young people and adults. His BIG ambition is to positively impact 10M young people worldwide, directly or indirectly! Nothing like aiming high!
LISA BLACKETT
DIRECTOR
Lisa is a coach, trainer and a consultant with over 30 years experience in international business, from large internationals to start-ups. She works with public, private and third sector organisations with an emphasis on individual and organisational wellbeing and resilience. Her passion for supporting wellbeing is very closely aligned to the work that we do.
DAVID HEATH
DIRECTOR
David is an award winning entrepreneur, scientist and engineer with a passion to harness the power of Education and Technology with a mission to envision, to empower and to equip people to reach their potential in health, wellness, business and life. After learning of the passion and impact that Potential in Me provides he had to get involved!
DENISE YATES
DIRECTOR
Denise has worked in education and training for over 38 years. Her passion could be summarised as ‘hidden potential’; children and young people with high learning potential and special educational needs and disabilities, those with mental health problems and those failed by the system. Her passion particularly in working with children, young people and families fits well with the work of Potential in Me.
STEVEN LEONARD
DIRECTOR
Steven has over 20 years experience in the delivery of IT solutions. A keen advocate for the coaching and development of young people, he has been a STEM ambassador since 2017 and has twice been a mentor in the Career Ready programme. As someone who has a passion for supporting and coaching, the work performed by Potential in Me aligns perfectly with Steven's own values.
STUART MCCOLL
DIRECTOR
Stuart is an experienced sales and business developer and has worked with multiple large organisations. He currently works for an organisation operating as a not for profit and advises on the board of a SCIO. He has significant appetite to see young organisations grow and believes strongly in the vision and mission of Potential In Me.
