YOU’RE NOT ALONE
All our lives are up in the air right now and there’s no denying these are challenging times, right?
The Glasgow Commonwealth Fund have kindly funded Potential in Me to support families in the Southside of Glasgow through our online programme to help you connect & play with your own family and have a safe space to receive coaching support with professional coaches and peer support from other parents and carers.
The dark nights of winter don’t need to be dark nights of the soul too….or another hoo ha with the kids!
Instead join us and other parents & carers and we’ll get through this together
How the online programme works
Fortnightly Zoom calls to connect with other parents, share experiences, ideas, tips (and sympathies!), ask questions and be supported to explore these using a solution focused coaching approach.
These sessions are like Hugs with Mugs (of tea/coffee/juice) and are NOT sit & sobs, instead it’s a safe space to offload and KNOW you’re alone and be supported by other parents & carers and experienced coaches.
Fortnightly Family Games held over Zoom…but don’t worry if your kids don’t want to join in we’ve got your back and will email the games to play offline. Scavenger hunts, quizzes and more because families who play together stay connected together.
This programme is Free to parents & carers of children aged 8 – 25
The importance of families being truly connected and compassionate is absolutely paramount, now more so than ever. We have lived experience of the challenges many parents/carers and children experience together and we want you to know that you’re not alone in experiencing them.
We are a team of life coaches passionate about helping families to connect and thrive together. To support you, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join our online Connected Families programme at no cost. For us, during these challenging times we simply want to support you to enjoy family life together.
Let’s get through this together!
