YOU’RE NOT ALONE
All our lives are up in the air right now and there’s no denying these are challenging times.
We want to be here to support you and your family through these particularly challenging times. With that in mind, we would love to invite you to our online Connected Families programme. We have created a very comprehensive menu of support that we hope will suit you and your no doubt very busy life! Whether it’s regular emails with fun activities for the family, weekly peer support calls, or access to our membership area with videos and audios there should be something for everyone. This is open to everyone.
If you are a Glasgow-based family, The Glasgow Communities Fund and Foundation Scotland have kindly funded Potential in Me to support families in Glasgow through our online programme. So, in addition, your family can benefit from having one-to-one coaching support with professional coaches. This is a safe, confidential space to work with on of our coaches on creating the life that you want to be live.
The dark nights of winter don’t need to be dark nights of the soul too….or another hoo ha with the kids!
Instead join us and other parents & carers and we’ll get through this together.
What’s involved in the Connected Families Programme?
Weekly Zoom calls to connect with other parents, share experiences, ideas, tips (and sympathies!), ask questions and be supported to explore these using a solution focused coaching approach.
Let the Games Begin!!
It can feel hard to know how to connect & play with our kids as they get older. Access a bank of activities & games to encourage you all to learn lots and have fun! From scavenger hunts, quizzes and more because families who play together stay connected together.
Whether for you or/and your child. Access 1:1 coaching support to explore what you want and how to navigate challenges, overcome obstacles and make progress that feels good.
Tap into the core programme of resources to learn more about what’s going on with our kids as they develop through their adolescence and how communication, curiosity and compassion will deepen your connection with yourself AND your family.
The importance of families being truly connected and compassionate is absolutely paramount, now more so than ever. We have lived experience of the challenges many parents/carers and children experience together and we want you to know that you’re not alone in experiencing them.
We are a team of life coaches passionate about helping families to connect and thrive together. To support you, we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to join our online Connected Families programme at no cost. For us, during these challenging times we simply want to support you to enjoy family life together.
Let’s get through this together!
